Auckland

Spent a night in Auckland the other day, so thought I would take the kids to a couple of my favorite parks for a shred, namely Vic park and the legendary Newlynn Bowl. Snaped a few pics and though this montage together.

Been pretty slack lately, heaps going on. Filmed this a few weeks back, Jed Mildon, Gypsy, Billy Clerk and Louis Bolter getting it done at Big Boys Toys on a monster of a box jump. check out the edit.

Made a small trip up to Auckland on the weekend to drop a friend off at the airport, I had a few hours to kill and had heard that the Birkenhead trails were running again so I went and checked them out.

Bit too wet for me to have a run, although a few guys were putting in a couple of runs

These jumps were legendary in their day, the first time I rode there(quite a while ago) I cased so bad and blew a whole landing out, I felt so bad I didn't want to ride again, admittedly it was after a few beers, not too safe or too safe really. It's good to see them being used again.
